Transformation Through Creativity Drama Classes

Transformation Through Creativity (TTC) was S4A's exciting and hands-on in-school drama training program. From 2017 to 2023, S4A brought this 24-hour drama experience to various primary and secondary schools. Each year, a Shakespeare play was creatively shortened and adapted to be engaging and easy to understand for students. With the guidance of our professional drama tutors, we used drama to help students build character and self-esteem. Our goal was to nurture a safe environment where young people could grow into confident, self-aware individuals ready to apply these skills in all aspects of their lives.

Shakespeare-in-Action

This is a unique year-long programme where eight schools will each rehearse a different section of a Shakespearean script throughout the school year. Then, the students will unite for an unforgettable performance, bringing the entire play to life together.

Spotlight Shakespeare English Drama Programme

October to March students will embark on an exciting 24-hour English drama training course led by an experienced drama tutor. Over six months, they'll learn to perform Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night." The program includes free costumes and simple hand-held props, making it a truly immersive and unforgettable experience.

Play-in-a-day

Schools can choose from two of Shakespeare's plays, which will be brought to life by professional drama tutors. In just one day, students will participate in drama workshops, engage in rehearsals, and put on a final performance. This immersive experience is designed to be both educational and fun, providing students with a unique opportunity to explore Shakespeare’s work in a dynamic and hands-on way.
