3-Month Paid Internship

We are offering a unique 3-month paid internship for individuals eager to contribute to meaningful projects in the areas of English drama, theatre productions, education, and arts administration. This opportunity is perfect for those who are motivated, organised, and eager to take on challenges. You will work closely with our team to support a variety of initiatives, gaining valuable skills and experience along the way. Interns who successfully complete the internship will receive a recommendation letter from our Artistic Director.

We are now looking for interns with the following skills and attributes:

  • Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or hold a valid working visa

  • Strong interest in non-profit organisations, English drama, theatre productions, education, and/or arts administration

  • 18 years old or above; university students are welcome to apply

  • Proficient in spoken and written English

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese/Chinese is a plus

  • Responsible, organised, and willing to learn and take on challenges

  • Open to occasionally working on weekends

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (additional computer skills are a bonus)

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the administration team with program planning and execution

  • Communicate and coordinate with schools and teachers

  • Provide general support for theatre productions and school projects

  • Assist the Project Manager in maintaining databases and records

    Working Hours:

  • 3-month contract with the potential to extend every 3 months

  • 11 days per month, approximately 8 hours per day (including a 1-hour lunch break)
