We speak with Shanty, Head Tutor here at Shakespeare4All, about her journey from musical theatre and performance to teaching, and how she brings creativity and confidence to students across Hong Kong.

We sat down with Cherie, Deputy General Manager here at Shakespeare4All, to explore her journey from backstage wardrobe supervision to leading projects and operations at one of Hong Kong’s most dynamic theatre education NGOs.

As part of an ongoing series of conversations with S4A alumni, we spoke with Mirko who has been involved in Shakespeare4All’s Gala performances of “Hamlet", “Julius Caesar", “Antony and Cleopatra”, “King Lear”, and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”.

Mirko told us about how they joined S4A as a shy and naive person, however has grown into someone who is outgoing and eager to show the world what they're truly capable of!

She played the role of Franics Flute as part of the Mechanicals (a group of actors who perform a play within “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”). In our conversation, Eunice reminisced about the funny moments during the rehearsal and spoke about the significance of Gala experience to her growth.
